One day, years after we  had both left Kendall and had started our separate businesses, we were working together on a project at his and Jan's home in Stanford. This was during the "ink well" days. Watt had many ink wells he had collected that were in lighted cabinets at various locations in their home (Jan is a saint, btw). The Terminex guy was there treating their home and when he had eventually completed his task he came and remarked to Watt: "Boy, you've got lots jars in this house!" (many of the jars were worth thousands). Watt just nodded and said "yep".
I will forever miss Watt Chambers White. He had a profound influence on my life. After I left the Kendall Company, we would reconnect on projects and then there was our annual "birthday" phone call to get caught up on what our "kids" were doing and how life was going. He was thoughtful,  conveyed a keen practical wisdom, and a great listener with a endearing sense of humor.  Jan, Watt and Ward, may you find some peace in knowing how much he meant to so many that I know and how much he gave to make us all better people. I often called him by his middle name, so Rest In Peace, Chambers.

Thinking of your family and holding you in our hearts. As friends of his son Watt, we know  kindness radiated from his father/Lev's grandfather. Wishing you all peace in your loss.

Watt Jr worked for me while in high school so I got to know Watt sr and Jan Watt sr not only were great customers he became a good friend . The family always supported TAF along with the races we put on. Watt loved running the 5k. I will always be special in my heart. Just good people. He will be missed.
