Warren Clearance Carter was born on December 6, 1964 in Baltimore, Maryland. He went home on December 22, 2024. In Baltimore, he attended Ashburton Elementary, Garrison Jr. High, Walbrook Sr High before moving to Aspen, Co and graduated from Aspen Sr. High where he played on the basketball team. Warren loved to laugh and just hearing it would make anyone around him laugh. He loved his family and the pride of his life was his daughter, Talia. In 1985 he joined the Marines and received a medical discharge.  He was prescinded by his mother Barbara Estella Seawell-Carter and his father Donald Clearance Carter. He leaves behind his daughter Talia (Jonathan) his grandkids Mya, Rocelyn, Marvel, Jonathan Jr, Natalie, Nathaniel, Hezekiah. His sister Donna Burley (Toby) and brother Rodney Carter (Patricia) and a host of nieces nephews and cousins and his Uncle Jesse.
