My condolences to the family of Mrs. Washington, especially my brother, Vincent. Mrs. Washington was an outstanding and God Fearing woman. Her strength as a mother and a lady was impeccable. I remember her as a nurturing and disciplinarian, always wanting the very best for Vincent. I remember her smiles and her concern for me and my parents. Over the thirty years plus of being in her company, she was always in good spirits and loved to talk. I had the pleasure of speaking to her a week before her transition and she was in great spirits and was and still is an inspiration to me. Take your rest Mama Washington and know you made a difference in my life.
