Wanda Gale Francisco (Blevins) was born on September tenth, 1964 in Montgomery county In Virginia to the late Mary Ellen Burton Blevins and Issac Walter Blevins. She passed away unexpectedly on July twenty fifth two thousand and twenty five at the age of sixty. She is the youngest of fourteen children with two living brothers remaining.
