Background
Walter spent much of his life without a place to truly call home—until Habitat for Humanity helped him build, buy, and furnish one of his own. He lived there for 12 years, and in that time, it became more than a house—it became his peace, his stability, and his pride.
Before he passed, Walter made it clear he wanted to give back to the organization that gave him that chance. In his memory, we’re raising funds for Habitat for Humanity to help someone else experience the same gift—a place to finally call home. Contribute to Habitat for Humanity International
