I only have memory of meeting uncle Walter once in the 1980's but I know I remember feeling he was a lovely man who had a gentle voice and kindness in his eyes. I will always remember him like that. Wishing I could be there to support the family tomorrow but I want them to know I am thinking of them all.

Uncle Walt was one of a kind. I remember all the trips you all made up here and our trips to Michigan. I absolutely adored Walter. I'm sorry I can not attend his service, I have prior commitments that I can't change.  I will be there in spirit and you all have my heart.
