I woke up this morning and Googled Dr. Ingram... I was saddened to see that he passed, He was an awesome Dr. He took very good care of me. I was severely burned March 27 ,2004..If it was not for his compassion I would have lost my will to live. He was kind and understanding. I would scream his name all the time due to being in so much pain, He always turned back around and never left me in that state of mind . He would tell them to stop and wrap me up. He would always remind me that I had to be strong and get back to my children. I always tell him he's the #2 best physician I've ever known, and God being #1st.....If it was not for him I would not be here to tell my Story.....Rest Easy Dr. Ingram... 🙏 💜💕😭

Prior to enrolling in medical school at the University of Texas Health Science Center in 1982, Dr. Ingram was an aerospace engineer at McDonnell Douglas Technical Service Company in Houston, TX, an aerospace manufacturing corporation and defense contractor that counted NASA among its clients. His primary job description was calculating mathematical modeling for orbit determination for space shuttle navigation.

Thinking of you all. Walt was a wonderful person to know in our brief time with your family.

Love sitting on our back porch while Chris drank an IPA and Walt had a no name beer.  Such wonderful times as neighbors.
I always loved talking to Walt while the girls played soccer or when they hung out.  He was probably the most intelligent person I’ve ever meet.  We’d talk about physics, engineering, or my multitude of health issues.  I loved that he’d explain to me how things worked.   I’m so glad I knew him, and that Ellie knew him.  He was such a spectacular person and so inspirational!!!
