It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Walter "Junior" Delano Jr. on September 5, 2024. Born on March 10, 1952, Walter, also known affectionately as Junior, lived a life filled with great memories, love, and endless friendship.

Walter is survived by his ex-wife, Bonnie Woolley, who was a fundamental figure in his life. Their relationship, despite its challenges, was a source of strength and growth for both of them. His son, Jessie J Delano, in whom he instilled his own strength and wisdom, also survives him. Walter's passing is a great loss for Jessie, but the legacy of his father's teachings and the indelible memories they created together will provide solace and courage in the times ahead.

Walter is also survived by his sisters, Loreen, wife of John Brahaney, and Cathy, wife of Tony Giordano. Their bonds were unbreakable, and Walter's memories will remain alive and treasured in their hearts. His sisters were his confidants and best friends, and their shared history is rich in love and mutual respect.

Walter was predeceased by his father, Walter J Delano Sr., and his mother, Barbara Delano (Cunningham). Their love and teachings shaped Walter into the man we all knew and loved. Their values, wisdom, and warmth live on in Walter's family and friends. Today, they are undoubtedly reunited in everlasting peace and joy.

Walter "Junior" Delano Jr. will be missed greatly and remembered fondly. Our world has lost a special soul, but his spirit and memory will continue to inspire and comfort us all.
