In Loving Memory of Wai-Ching Fu

Wai-Ching Fu peacefully passed away on September 6, 2023 at 11:14am in Duluth, Georgia. He was 85 and was surrounded by his friends and family members at the time of passing. 

Born in a small village outside Shenzhen, China with a humble background, Wai Fu's immigrant journey brought him and his family to the United States in 1986, at the age of 43. Like many first generation immigrants, he worked tirelessly and strenuously in Chinese restaurants to build a better life for his wife, Lin Fu, and their three sons. He and his wife had opened and owned five restaurants in South Carolina. Wai-Ching leaves behind a legacy of hard work and devotion, and he reminds us that heroes don’t often need to seek the spotlight.

He is survived by his wife, Lin Fu, his siblings,  Koon Tai (Kam Keung) Tsui, Chun Lun (Yin Ping) Fu, and Wei-Quang (Qi-Yun) Fu. His three adult sons, Tony (Christine) Fu, Raymond Fu (Annie Law) and Samson Fu. Surviving also include his five grandkids and many other family members near and dear to his heart. Join us in celebrating Wai-Ching's life at a funeral service on Sunday, September 10th at 12:30pm at Lee’s Funeral Home chapel at 4067 Industrial Park Dr, Peachtree Corners, GA 30071.

We truly appreciate everyone’s sympathy and support during this difficult time. All of the close family members spent two fulls weeks, nights and weekends, by his side at the hospital, so we feel fortunate to have had the opportunity to make lasting memories with him and say our goodbyes. We’re sure he felt the same way. 

Wai-Ching Fu’s memory will forever live on in our hearts. May he rest in eternal peace.

緬懷傅蔚青

傅蔚青於2023年9月6日上午11時14分在佐治亞州德盧斯安詳離世。他享年 85 歲，去世時周圍都是朋友和家人。

傅蔚青出生於中國深圳郊外的一個小村莊，出身卑微，1986年，43歲的他和家人一起移民到了美國。和許多第一代移民一樣，他在中餐館裡孜孜不倦、奮力拼搏。為妻子林富和三個兒子創造更好的生活。傅蔚青留下了辛勤工作和奉獻精神的遺產，他提醒我們，英雄並不總是需要尋求聚光燈。

他身後留下了妻子林富、兄弟姐妹徐冠泰（金強飾）、富俊倫（殷平飾）和富阿坤（啟雲飾）。他的三個成年兒子，傅東尼 (Christine)、傅雷蒙 (Annie Law) 和傅森森 (Samson Fu)。倖存的還包括他的五個孫子和許多其他他心愛的家庭成員。9 月 10 日星期日中午 12:30，與我們一起在李氏殯儀館教堂舉行葬禮，慶祝傅蔚青的一生，地址：4067 Industrial Park Dr, Peachtree Corners, GA 30071。

我們衷心感謝大家在這個困難時期給予的同情和支持。所有親密的家庭成員都在醫院度過了整整兩週、夜晚和周末，所以我們很幸運有機會與他告別，留下永久的回憶。我們確信他也有同樣的感覺。

傅偉慶的記憶將永遠活在我們心中。願他永遠安息。
