Personal note from Bethany

Wahnah is my second sister in-law who came to US in 1997 from Thailand. She married my brother in Dover, Delaware where they met at Hibachi Japanese steakhouse restaurant. They have two lovely daughters, 17 and 14. Wahnah worked at Discover and Kraft company in Dover even after she was diagnosed with breast cancer in 2006. She has been through kimo treatment sand tried many medications that would give her hopes to live as long as possible with her family. Her cancer started to spread rapidly in the last two years and she could no long work because she was not strong enough. She has been in and out of the hospital a few times a month. She used all of her retirement savings and available credit from her credit card accounts to pay for her medical expenses in hoping that one day she would be able to recover some strength to live a normal live with her family, travel to places. Just last Saturday, March 30, 2019 she was admitted to Christiana hospital due to high level of liver fluid and high blood pressure. From there on, her condition continued to deterirated, but she was still very hopeful without realizing that she would be able to return home again to her family. On her 50th birthday, April 1st, 2019, she was talking about going home to cook and eat a plat full of her favorite food, since she has not been able to eat any food for the last few days. On April 4th, 2019 at 6:05 am she called me and said that she needs me to come to the hospital because she did not know where they were taking her. She was vomiting with blood and I heard her cry of scar before she hung up. Once I got to the hospital, she was no longer able to communicate. I was the one who she last spoke to. I am not sure how much she was aware of her surrounding or knew that her families and I was there. Later afternoon that day, doctors tried to save her by operation to remove blood clog and adjust blood transfusion, but it was not successful. At 4:00 pm that day, she was gone without saying good bye to her families.

Wahnah left sooner than expected. With large medical bills she left for behind, her family is in need for her with her funeral expenses. Her families would like to thank you from their soul for your kindness support and condolence in advance. We are very grateful for your generosity.
