Wade Louis Varela, born on January 6, 1970, in Hollywood, CA, passed away on April 12, 2024, in Desert Hot Springs, California, at the age of 54. He served in the Navy from 1988 to 1991.

Wade was a son, brother, father, stepfather, uncle, nephew & friend. He was the 4th of 6 kids on his father's side and the 1st son to his mother. Wade was known for his humorous personality and loving heart. He worked as a welder and forklift operator and was a dedicated sports fan. Above all, Wade loved being a father. Wade's smile and unique laughter will forever remain in our hearts.

He is survived by his father Peter Varela, stepmother Judy Varela, siblings Diana, Elizabeth, Mark, Casey, Dallas, and Buddy, children Jerid, Margaret, and Wade Jr. Wade also had his second family, The Aversa Clan, and his best friend and "brother," Frank Aversa. Wade was preceded in death by his mother, Margaret Lee/Saiki.

Wade Louis Varela will be dearly missed by all who knew him.
