I worked with VyVy at Cerritos College Hospital and Aliso Ridge. We would call one another ā€œmy twinā€. We both had blonde hair . It was our thing. We clicked instantly. My twin and I always found a way back to each other. She was about to come to Be Well with a lot of us that knew her. She was our family , not just a friend and coworker. We all share a strong bond working in the field of nursing , specifically psych. I am in such disbelief regarding her passing. When I received word of her passing, Ā I was at work and I felt a special part of me leave . Ā She is an amazing Nurse, person, friend. I was privileged to have known her and I hope to aspire to become half the nurse she is. I miss my twin . I keep looking at our last messages . ā€œCan’t wait to see you my twinā€. I love you Vyvy and I will always carry you with me.Ā

I worked with Vyvy at Aliso Ridge behavioral health for a little under 2 years. She was my house supervisor when I first started as a new grad and taught me so many things when it comes to patient care and verbal de-escalation. She was amazing at her job and really did the most for the kids we work with. The last time I spent time with Vyvy outside of work was on 12/4/23 when we went to Disneyland as a group! We spent pretty much all day there and got to enjoy great food, drinks and great company.

@Giao Pham Here is a picture of what Vyvy made for me. Harley Quinn is one of my favorite DC characters, so it meant a lot to me.
