Minors family send their love and condolences. Keeping you in pur prayers.
God bless and strengthen you.
Our deepest condolences for the loss of precious Aunt Vivian. She was such a sweet and sassy woman - full of life and laughter. May God hold you close and give you peace.
To “Play Mom” Even though I was not her son she treated me like one. I always knew where I could go to get a quick meal if I was hungry while patrolling in Zone 4. She kept me laughing all the time when I would come over and hang out with my Aunt Kathy. It wasn’t long before she told me I didn’t have to always come with my aunt, you can come without her, you are welcomed anytime after 10am because she needed her beauty sleep. I will always remember my hugs and the smiles. Play Mom provided me with a extended family, she always waited and loved the entertainment between “V” and I when I would drop over. There are so many memories I could share with you but the memories of her love for others is priceless. I will miss that smile and I promise I will keep a eye on “V”, Jason and Play Dad.
Rest In Heaven Vivian

It is with great sadness that I, express my sincere condolences to the Sylvain Family. VIP  is gone from us, but arrived in a sweet place where she now resides with her loved ones gone before her. She is at peace and happy.  She will be watching from above. Keep on living as she taught you. I pray your comfort and strength. I loved her, as I love you all. Stay strong.

Bonita Jones and Family

Sending my condolences to the family. From the Baldwin family.

It's was a spring day in 1991 when I went over to Vivian's to meet up with Jason after he got home from school. I was hungry so I decided to fry up some French Fries on the stove. Once I put the heat on under the pan of grease on the stove I decided to go back in the den and hang out with Jason to watch music videos on TV before he started his homework. Well, as I...naaa as Jason and I  was watching the videos on TV, he got up and walked out. Then all of a sudden he came running back and yelled "Its a orange glow coming from the Kitchen. " So as we both walked towards the kitchen the glow was very bright and as we got closer, it was getting hotter. Then when we bent the corner, it was a 3 to 4 ft. fire burning from the stove and on the cabinets. We was like oh "$hit!" then we started running around trying to get something to put the fire out. So, what I do? I grabbed a cup of water and threw it on the fire 🔥. Well, the fire went from 3 - 4 ft  to 8 - 10 ft. So then we really panicked.  I think Jason grabbed the pan off the stove and of course he dropped it on the waxed lanolium floor and the pan just started sinking into the floor like quicksand. After that we opened the doors and we knew we had to call Vivian at work.......LAWD! We told her what happened and she said "Are yall ok?" and we replied "yes." She told us "I'll be there shortly." So, we in there trying to clean it up to make it look better before she arrived. We in there wiping the cabinets and the floor trying to get the black soot off. The knobs on the overhead microwave was burnt off.....it was a mess!

When Vivian walked in and looked at her kitchen......she told us to "Stop, yall done enough. " So, at this point I knew an ass chewing was coming from T and later from my dad but by some miracle that didn't happen.  We received the biggest hug and reassurance that everything was OK and she was just glad we wasn't hurt.

And later on I realized once she knew we wasn't hurt she knew a Brand New Kitchen was coming....LOL! By us trying to clean up we made the kitchen look that much worse ....hench the new Kitchen that came.  That's just one of many stores about Vivian and I.
