My condolences to Virg's family. I met Virg at work in Anchorage. She was a great co-worker and friend. She was always so thoughtful and caring. She will forever be missed.

Virg was a gracious hostess, a feisty strong lady, and a lifelong dancer. I will always remember first meeting her. Expecting to simply say hello and be on our way, instead she ushered us into her home graciously feeding us yummy home baked cakes and cookies, and served us bottomless pots of herbal tea. We chatted, laughed, and stayed with her in her home for over 3 hours. I have never felt so filled with a heart warm love at the first meeting, as I did with Virg. She will never be forgotten. May her generous love live on in her daughters, grandsons, and anyone who has ever met her forevermore. With sympathy and care.

She was a busia like no other, she cared for everyone and loved everyone equally, everyone that met her was stuck with the same level of care that she was known for.

Losing a mom is one of the most profound events in a woman's life, regardless of your relationship with her. You know get to embody her wisdom, grace, and heart as a way to honor her, and also yourself. I know that you tended each other so consciously for the last few years Tina, know that you honored her in your care of her. May you and the boys tend each others hearts as you move through the transition of loving her from afar. May her memory be a blessing to all who knew her.

Your mother was a truly special woman, and her love and kindness will always live in each one of you. May her legacy and memory keep you all lifted in spirits.
With heartfelt condolences, Maggie Bray
