Virginia Williams, 87, of Dickinson, TX, passed away on June 28, 2022 in Methodist Hospital at the Houston Medical Center due to heart problems.
Virginia was born on August 2, 1934 to Foy Fredrick Howard and Bonnie Bell Mayberry Howard in Lilia Lake, Texas. While very young, the family moved to the Whitharrel, Texas area where her father and grandfather John Oliver Howard and wife, Artie Mae Penner Howard we’re farmers.
