Background
In lieu of flowers, we would appreciate donations to the Northern Hills Elementary ALE Special Education program. This program is designed for students with cognitive deficits who require functional academics in a structured, consistent, small group setting combined with self-help, social skills, communication and motor development, in order to progress.
Virginia loved working with students at Northern Hills and Encino Park Elementary schools and especially enjoyed working with kids that needed special attention. She enjoyed connecting with the kids, seeing them overcome their issues, and seeing them grow. We would like to give back in her honor for a cause that was very near and dear to her heart.
