Virginia's obituary

Virginia G. Goddard, 91, passed away at her residence in Summerville on August 27, 2023. She was the wife of the late Robert "Bob" Goddard. Virginia was born on August 7, 1932 in Mansfield OH. She is the daughter of the late Jerome and Grace Gentile. She enjoyed spending time with her family and friends. She attended Immaculate Conception Church in Goose Creek.

In addition to her parents, Virginia was predeceased by her husband, a sister, Rosemary Miller, a great granddaughter Grace Keller, and her son in law, Ed Judy.

She is survived by her daughters Susie (Sam) Chance, Evelyn (Jay) Lees, granddaughters Rose (Rudy) Salcedo, Stacey (Jason) Keller, Ginny (Bill) Lees and Jeremy (Debbie) Lees. Great grandchildren Summer, Kyle, Hailey and Taylor Neff,  Alex (Chris) Salcedo, Brooke (Jeremy) Tijerina, Andrew (Teresa) Harper, Marc (Zarriah) Reiter, Megan (Brian) Wynn, Marisa Reiter, Wesley and Carolina Keller, Liana and Emma Hill, Owen, Makenna and Macie Lees. A great great grandson, John Reiter.

A Visitation will be held Monday September 4, 2023 from 11:00 am to 12:00 pm at Carolina Memorial Funerals & Cremation, 7113 Rivers Ave., North Charleston, SC 29406. A Celebration of Life will follow from 12:00 pm to 1:00 pm. The Burial with follow at 1:00 pm at Carolina Memorial Gardens.
