Virginia "Ginny" Jane Gallegos, age 83, of Eugene, OR., previously Bell Gardens, CA. passed away on Feb. 2, 2022, surrounded by her friends and family. Virginia, born on Dec. 4, 1938 to John and Fern Gillard in West Concord, MN., immediately brought joy and laughter into the world. Virginia went on to graduate from West Concord High School in 1957.
