Virginia, commonly known as Ginnie, was born on July 4th, 1996, to Cassandra Targaczewski and David Faile in Rock Hill, SC.
Ginnie attributed her firecracker personality to her birthday. She was so full of life and she was very charismatic. She had great love for her family and friends and an intense fascination of rainbows and unicorns.
Ginnie's life came to an early end on December 28th 2023. She will be missed by many.
