IN LIEU OF FLOWERS, please consider a donation towards the
Violeta Catambay Memorial Fund.
The fund will be administered by her daughter, Vanessa Kallback. The immediate goal of the fund will be to fulfill the final arrangement expenses.
Additionally...
Throughout her life, Violet generously helped various relatives with school expenses, allowing for them to better their lives, and those of the generations to come. In her honor, any remaining funds will go towards the "Violeta Catambay Memorial Grant," also to be overseen by her daughter, Vanessa.
This grant will award students funds to be used towards higher education expenses, on a case-by-case assessment, factoring both need-based and merit-based considerations. In honor of Violet's heritage, eligible students will be United States citizens of Filipino descent, and/or Philippines citizens.
