I worked with Kay for 9 years in the 90s. When I first met her, I know she was a kind, caring person who stood up for her beliefs.
I learned a lot about Life from Kay ! Even when things were tough, she kept a Smile on her face, and kept going !
The last time Kay and I met was in OCT 2018. We meet at Jays Deli, one of our most favorite places ! We ate lunch, and talked for 4 hours catching up !!
Kay called me in May 2023 to try to meet again for another lunch. Due to my store managers health, i couldn't make it happen. I regret that now.
My Deepest Condolences to David, Aaron, and Kay's Family.
Kay will no longer be in pain, and will have a New Perfect Body in Heaven !
With much Love and Caring !!

To know Kay is to know love...She always loved everyone around her even if she didn't approve of their choices...She became best friends with Martha after she married Lonnie...She blessed Lonnie and Jeffrey's lives by being the best step-mother anyone could ask for...Nana Kay as she is called in my family blessed so many people's lives with unconditional love, and her beautiful personality...She is missed by so many...I am so sorry for the families loss

My condolences to Kay's family. I first met Kay when my Mama started caring for David when he was just a baby and from there it's like she became an aunt and a Mama and a Sister all rolled into one. She was someone who you could talk to about anything and she would give you her honest opinion so be ready for it. She was one of my Best friends and she will be Dearly missed but she continues to live on in her Son's and grandchildren who were her pride and joy. She is now reunited with the Love of her life, Lonnie to never part again.

Kay was a very dear friend. We met in our teenage years. She was funny and we enjoyed going shopping and doing many other activities together. During our adulthood we both became busy with family and careers. Through a mutual friend, I was able to reconnect with Kay. I enjoyed our long conversations over the phone. Kay would always have time to talk to me. She was always so upbeat and funny. She was a proud grandma and loved her family. Kay kept her promise when I moved away. We would always be friends and stay in touch. I feel blessed to have had Kay as my friend.

My deepest condolences to her sons and grandkids. Kay was my best friend. I love her dearly. She was my sister. I miss her terribly but I know she has been reunited with her loving husband Lonnie. She was always there anytime you needed her. We have had a lifetime of adventures. She will always be in my heart and I will cherish all of the memories we had. Kay thank you for being my friend.
