Violet Lucille Slone of Stuart, Fl passed away on Wednesday July 17th, 2019 at home. She was born on September 19, 1921 in Seioto County, Ohio to the late George and Marie McCorkle. She enjoyed the company of her family, baking, playing bingo and listening to gospel music. She is survived by her sister Vera McCorkle of Ohio, her 7 children: Stephen Slone of Ohio, Saundra Efaw , Charlotte Wethington of Florida, Patricia Bond of Tennessee, James Slone of Texas, Deborah McNulty of Florida, Dianne Owen of South Carolina. In addition to 26 grandchildren, 56 great grandchildren, and 4 great great grandchildren. She was predeceased by her husband David Slone, 8 siblings, 2 sons Dan Slone and Rick Slone, and her 2 great grandchildren Matthew Rundell and Isabella Slone. Services will be held at 1:00 PM in her home at 4906 SE Horseshoe point Rd Stuart FL.
