Vincent Joseph Sosnowski, 71, passed away on March 17, 2026, in Middle Village, NY. Born on November 1, 1954, Vincent was known for his infectious personality, contagious laugh, and profound love for his family and music.

Vincent proudly served in the United States Marine Corps from November 1972 through May 1974, dedicating himself to the values of honor and service. His professional life included significant tenures at NYCHA, Local 237, where he worked as a Maintenance Worker for 23 years, and at New Penn Motor Express, Teamsters Local 707, where he served as a Freight Clerk for 21 years.

Vincent's passions included listening to music, barbecuing, and playing the drums; activities that brought joy not only to him but also to those around him. His storytelling, enriched by his experiences and adventures, captivated many, leaving lasting impressions.

He is survived by his wife of 45 years, Marie Sosnowski; his sons, Vincent Joseph Sosnowski Jr. and Justin Sosnowski; and his daughters, Toni-Marie Sosnowski, Emily Sosnowski, and Lana Sosnowski. He was preceded in death by his mother, Adeline Kosterski, and father, Joseph Sosnowski.
