Vincent M. Iovino, age 36, of Torrington CT, entered into his eternal rest unexpectedly Saturday, Oct. 1, 2022. Beloved son of the late Mark A. Iovino and Linda A. Iovino (Selepec). Born in Bridgeport Ct, May 27, 1986. He graduated from Oliver Wolcott Technical School in Torrington. At age 16 Vincent was diagnosed with Kidney disease. He fought a long hard battle which you would never know it, Vincent never let his diagnosis stop him from living his life. He brought joy to many and loved making people laugh . Vincent was always a genuine caring person, he would give you the shirt off his back if he had to. He loved helping everyone in any way he could. His favorite past time was anything that had to do with being with his brother Derrick Iovino. Vincent also loved electronics and was very tech savvy.

Vincent is survived by his brothers, Mark Iovino Jr. ,   Derrick Iovino and his sister Jennifer Iovino, his maternal grandmother, Berangere "Bebe" Cayer Selepec of Ansonia, his cherished niece, Alivia Ann Iovino. He is also survived by many special aunts, uncles, cousins and friends. In addition to his father, Mark, and mother, Linda, he was also predeceased by his brother, Alexander Iovino, his paternal grandparents, Noah and Marie Tantamonico Iovino and maternal grandfather, William Selepec.

Friends and family are invited to meet directly in St. Mary's Church, 212 Elizabeth St., Derby on Tuesday, October 18, 10:00 a.m. for a Mass of Christian Burial. Interment will follow in St. John's Cemetery, Stratford. There will be no calling hours. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the American Kidney Fund, 1463 Highland Ave., Cheshire, CT 06410.
