The last time I spoke to Victoria she was nervous, but still that quirky full of life person that I had come to know and love. She was ready to start the next chapter of her life.

She was my best friend. We were supposed to grow old  and watch our children grow up together. It breaks my heart everyday that she's gone. We had too many  inside jokes and so many memories of just doing fun and goofy things.

She was a caring mother and a great friend. She was the type of person that would give you the shirt off your back if you were in need.

The last time we saw each other we hadn't seen each other in a few years and we hugged for about 5 minutes outside of a convenience store and it was like no time had passed and nothing had changed.  The last time we spoke, I told her "You'll do good" I love you Victoria and I miss you everyday

Victoria is a bundle of fun and charisma! She has a bright smile and a fun attitude. She was always so sweet and loving. We had many adventures, laughing and being silly. We would get our makeup on and cute clothes and walk the streets looking for cute boys to hang out with and new experiences. She’s one in a million.

The last time we spoke we fought. I wish that didn’t happen. She was my best friend for 2 years. She was accepting to me when no one else was. When I needed a place to stay as a teenager, she asked her parents to let me stay with them and they were so good to me. We started out in the same place. I should have shown her more grace.

Sometimes when we are hurt to many times the same way, we build ip a wall to protect our heart. When she lied to me I built up a wall. I wish I didn’t.

Vicky and I went through so much together in our later teen years. Over the years we went our separate ways and only talked occasionally when we would see each other. She was such a great friend, always there when you needed her and so sweet. We had some fun times together that I'll never forget❤️ I'm so sorry for the family's loss especially her beautiful babies 🥺 yall are definitely in my thoughts and prayers
We hadn’t seen Victoria in quite some time. The last time was when she was a manager at The Famous Door on Bourbon. She was a bright light ; smart,  pretty, and sweet. We are so sorry for her family’s loss .  I know her kids will continue to be loved by her family💜
Saturday night, the last thing we did was hug each other I will always have that
