Of North Tonawanda, entered into eternal life, Monday April 6, 2020 at the age of 88. A loving mother and grandmother. Vickie was the matriarch of her family. She lived life and loved life. Family was her number one priority and with that, she was never disappointed. Whether she was teaching her grandchildren traditional Polish family recipes, playing Pinochle with the neighborhood ladies, or entertaining family and friends, Vickie brought abundant joy to all who knew and loved her. Beloved wife of 60 years to the late Arthur A. Zarzeczny, who died in 2013; dearest mother of Mark (Kathy) Zarzeczny and Melissa Saad Zarzeczny; proud and loving grandmother of Jason, Sarah, Kailey (Tim), Jordan and Zachary and her great-grandson Benjamin Arthur; dear sister of Walter Wysocki and the late Helen Merkle, Bertie Formanik and Elizabeth Sorgen; also survived by nieces and nephews. Private burial at Acacia Park Cemetery. A Celebration of Vickie's Life will be held at a later date. Flowers graciously declined. Memorial gifts may be made in Vickie's honor to Niagara Hospice.
