Victoria "Tori" Rice, 62, of Atlanta, GA, passed away on April 23, 2022.

Tori was escorted to the next world by her 13 Angels - the beloved pets that shared her heart and home. Preceded in death by her brother and father. Mourned by her Mother and stepfather Angie & Glenn Egbert and her many friends. Tori was laid to rest in San Angelo TX.

Tori wrote her own life into being by following her passions to their successive fruition. An award-winning artist, entrepreneur and animal rights activist, Tori inspired many whom she met to live their best lives by exploring their own creative expression. She dedicated herself to being an example of loving and living with pets through all of their life stages. Her philosophy culminated in her work at Atlanta Dog Paddle where she had fun, eased suffering, and encouraged longevity.
