was unexpectedly taken by Jesus Christ to her heavenly home on April, 26th 2021.
Victoria was born on August, 18th 1950 to her parents Myron & Elizabeth Hove of Red Wing, Minnesota. Victoria grew up with her twelve siblings in underprivileged family background. She was second oldest of the thirteen children.
