Victoria's obituary

Victoria Ann "Vicki" Lynch, born on October 27, 1952, in Sioux City, Iowa, passed away peacefully on January 8, 2025, in Charlotte, North Carolina. She was surrounded by her loving family as she departed this world, leaving behind a legacy of love and cherished memories.

Vicki was the beloved wife of 53 years to Bruce Lynch and a devoted mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother. She shared an unbreakable bond with her family, who will forever hold her strength of spirit and boundless love close to their hearts.

She is survived by her husband Bruce; daughters Melanie Lynch and Tami Lynch; son Shawn Lynch (Tammy); grandchildren Thomas, Michael, Chelsie, and Jordan; and her first great-grandson and birthday twin, Luca Lynch. Vicki also leaves behind her sister Laura Linduski and brother Jim Hard, along with many nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents, Melvin and Arlene Hard of Sioux City, Iowa, and her sister Linda Jackson of Sioux City.

A celebration of Vicki's life will be held later this summer to honor her memory. Details will be shared as they are finalized.

To commemorate Vicki’s life in a way that reflects her warmth and joy, her family invites all who knew her to raise an ice-cold glass of Coke in her honor—a simple yet heartfelt gesture that embodies the spirit of the love she shared.

May Vicki’s memory bring comfort and peace to all who loved her.
