Louisville — Victor “Rocky” Wellington Waltz, Jr., 70, died Thursday, 10 March 2022 at Louisville VA Medical Center. He is survived by sons Victor Shawn and Jesse Patrick in addition to three grandchildren. He is an Army Veteran, having served in Vietnam from December 20, 1969 to September 3, 1970. He was preceded in death by his sister Laura, and is survived by four siblings: April, Scott, Dawn, and Christy. Committal service will be scheduled with New Albany National Cemetery.
