Victor's obituary
Victor grew up in Santiago de los Caballeros, Dominican Republic. He graduated from Colegio Nunez Y De Leon in Santiago de los Caballeros in 1966. He was the founder of the Bueva Forma musical group in the 1970s.
Victor married Agueda Chaves in 2001 in Miami, FL. They were happily married for 19 years. Victor was the first artist to travel to Cuba, when this type of travel was not allowed by the Dominican government.
Victor is survived by his spouse Agueda of Miami, FL; His Children Jose Antonio and step child Analicia Chaves and Rafael Amaro of Los Angeles, CA.
A funeral service will be held at Funeraria Blandino 9111 Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic at 22 August 2020 . The family will be greeting friends and relatives at 12 pm 22 August 2020. Burial will follow the funeral at Dominican Republic Cemetery.
