Victor Pallagao, a husband, a loving father, cherished grandfather, and unforgettable soul, passed away on June 3, 2025. He was born on December 6, 1959, in Baggao, Cagayan, Philippines, where his story began—rooted in resilience, quiet strength, and deep devotion to family.

Victor was the proud father of six children: Fiji, Fini, Bibit, Niño, Vishan, and Mico. He shared many years and memories with Susan, the mother of his children, and together they built a family that continues to honor the love and sacrifices of both parents.

Among the greatest joys of Victor’s life were his grandchildren, who became the heart of his world. He found comfort, pride, and pure happiness in their presence, and his love for them will forever echo through their lives.

He will be remembered for his calm presence, warm humor, and the way he made people feel at home without saying much. His life, though simple, was rich in meaning and love—a love that lives on through the generations he helped shape.
