Victor was  kindhearted, compassionate and family loving man. He took joy in talking about his children and treasured his precious grandchildren.

He had a big heart, always willing to help when needed. One great memory of his kindness - for 6 years in a row, he wholeheartedly volunteered to help giving out home made sandwiches and soup to homeless people in streets of NYC as a holiday gift giving. He braved the freezing cold to walk to hand food. There was a year when it was snowing, and he still grabbed his coat and took the bag of packed sandwiches to be given away.
