Background
In memory of Victor's life, the Frenkil sisters are creating a fund that will help raise awareness about mental health issues and support those struggling with substance abuse. Your contributions will help bring this fund to fruition and will ultimately serve those in our community who are battling with mental health or substance abuse issues.
We look forward to making donations in Victor's name to local organizations. In doing this, our hope is to help prevent other families from suffering the immeasurable loss of a loved one who may benefit from having access to additional tools and resources. Contribute
