Vickie Napier, born March 10, 1963, passed away peacefully on March 8, 2026. A woman of unending kindness and grace, her spirit will forever permeate the lives of those she touched.

Her radiant smile and infectious laughter will be deeply missed, but never forgotten. Her greatest joy was her relationship with her Children, husband and a special Granddaughter , Rita Haywood, who survives her. Their bond was a testament to Vickie's loving nature and undeniable love for life.

Vickie's memory will be treasured and celebrated by all who knew and loved her. May her soul rest in peace and her spirit continue to inspire.
