Vickie's obituary

Vickie Lynn (Flohr) Haskins, 65, of Poolesville, MD, passed away peacefully October 19, 2022, at her home, surrounded by her loving family.

Vickie was the wife of Robert Haskins of 25 years.

Born June 29, 1957, she was the daughter of the late Carroll and Ruth Flohr.

She is preceded in death by her sisters Patti DiCarlantonio, Carol Flohr, and Nina Gilmore.

Surviving besides her husband are her son Richard Billek (Tammy) of Knoxville, MD; grandchildren Samantha Hopkins of Prescott, AZ, Brandon and David Patton of Knoxville, MD; two sisters, Holly Rippeon (Billy) of Clearville, PA and Karen Benson (Chris) of Milton, DE; brother-in-law, Ted Gilmore of Dickerson, MD and many nieces and nephews.

Vickie enjoyed family functions, going on vacations with her sisters and family, and cuddling up with her pets to watch a good TV show.

A Celebration of Life will be held from 12pm-5pm on December 4, 2022 at the Myersville Banquet & Event Center (Myersville Fire Hall), 301 Main Street, Myersville, MD 21773.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to JSSA Hospice In Memory of Vickie Haskins at jssa.org/donate/.
