My heart was saddened when I got the news of Vickie's passing. Im so thankful for the memories I have of Vickie. They are memories I'll always cherish. At a young age, growing up, I sometimes got to stay with Aunt Lillian and Uncle Bud in Boise. I can still remember watching Vickie get ready for her high school prom. I was in awe of her, she was so beautiful! Then, when the whole family got together, we'd have so much fun...especially at the cabin in Lowman, and then even more fun once I graduated and moved to Boise. I'll never forget Vickie's beautiful smile, that mischevious twinkle in her eyes, and her contageous laugh.... a laugh I loved. I know Vickie will be deeply missed by Roger, the girls and their families, and anyone who was lucky enough to know her. She loved her home, her family, and once told me she never regretted leaving Boise for Seattle. I saw a lot less of Vickie after the move, but my feelings for my cousin have always remained the same. My prayers and thoughts are with all of her family. God Bless!

Vickie was my cousin but more like an aunt to me. Laurie and I were only 6 months apart in age so when I was a kid Laurie and I played together- the best memories were swimming in the creek up at the cabin and all of our family getting together for the weekends during the summer. Vickie was always there to fix any problem our young minds came to her with and whipped out snacks and meals like no tomorrow. Her laugh was infectious and her heartfelt care for you was always known. We will miss her - Love Denise

Vickie is my Cousin. My Mom, Jessie and her Mom, Lillian were sisters. Vickie and I played as children when my Mom and Dad and Brother, Larry lived in Boise. Fun childhood memories and I will miss her always. Condolences to her family. She will be missed by all.
