Michelle,I was just thinking about your mother today, realizing tomorrow would be her birthday.  (Easy to remember because it was the day after my father's birthday) As children, our family lived across the park in Omaha from Vicki and her amazing grandparents, Fred and Jessie.  We were very best friends, she was in same grade at school as my younger sister, and my even younger brother was often a part of our gang. We spent a lot of time back and forth between our houses. Vicki loved our family, especially my dad, and always pretended she was part of our family. We moved from Omaha in  1956, but kept in contact for quite a while, we knew Dave and met Brad when he was a baby. She also visited us in Oklahoma City one time when she was here. When I tried to look her up today, I discovered she had passed away. I am very sorry for your loss. She was quite a girl and we all loved her.  I would not be surprised if she talked about us, especially my dad, Kenny Hansen.
