Vicki Petersen, 54, of Clinton, passed away Tuesday, July 23, 2024 at Trinity –Bettendorf.

There will be no public service or visitation.

Vicki Lynn Petersen was born on January 12th, 1970 in Maquoketa, Iowa, the daughter of Aruther and Lynn (Gravdahl) Petersen. Vicki graduated from Clinton High School then continued her education through Scott and Clinton Community College as a certified Nurse and Medication Aid. She always enjoyed taking care of others especially her residents at Bickford along with in previous years at L’Arch and Community Care. She was a positive light too for many people.

Vicki loved her coffee and watching the Golden Girls because it reminded her of her mother Lynn. Vicki had a great love for animals especially her two cats Rafael and Serena. Camping was one of her favorite pass times but one thing she loved most was spending time with her girls (daughters) and always told them she loved them anytime they would part. She was close to her sister Terri and lifelong best friend Robin.

Vicki is survived by her daughters: Amanda (Jake Hess) Petersen Aleigha Petersen both of Clinton; and her sisters Terri (Judd) Smith of Thomson, Illinois, Heidi (Dan) Jaeger of Bettendorf, Iowa, and Sherry (Bill) Sewell of Miles, Illinois
