Ms. Vickey "JOE" Jackson was born May 13th,1965 to Calvin and Frances Jackson in Orangeburg SC. Vickey received her formal education through the Orangeburg SC Public School System where she excelled in her studies. Sister Jackson accepeted Christ as her Lord and Savior with the first Baptist Church of of Orangeburg SC, where she served as a faithful member who loved the lord with her entire heart.

Vickey was employed with the District of Columbia Public School System for over 15 Years. In her leisure, she enjoyed singing in the church Choir, serving on the usher bored, and testifying before God and gardening. Sister Jackson enjoyed helping others and spending time with her children and grandchildren. She leaves behind her Mother Frances Jackson. Sisters Denise and Nancy Jackson all of Fostoria Ohio. Brother Dennise Jackson of Orangeburg Sc.

Vickey Joe will truly be missed by all who loved her. She departed her life February 16,2018. She was preceded in death by her loving father Calvin Jackson, her beloved sister Barbra Jackson and her beloved brother Calvin Jackson JR. Visitations Are held Friday February 23 from 2-4 PM and 6-8 PM at the Simmons Funeral Home 907 Russell St. Saturday February, 24 at 11am. Where Pastor Willie Horton will preside over the services.
