Vickey Lynn Boyd age 63, of Dover passed away Saturday, August 28, 2021, at home in Dover. She was born in Dallas, Texas on September 28, 1957, to Richard Reel and Ruth Connie Bledsoe.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her step-father Jesse Bledsoe; and a great-grandson Kyler.
