Veronica's obituary
It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Veronica Julia Kuper Dusoe. Born in 1939 to Stanley Kuper and Mary Catherine Gladki, she left us on January 30, 2025, leaving a void in the lives of all who knew her.
Veronica was an extraordinary woman with a zest for life that was truly inspiring. She stood as a pillar of strength, hard work, and kindness, offering a witty smile to everyone she met. Her presence was comforting, her words were impeccable, and her spirit was unbreakable.
Veronica is survived by her loving children; her son, George (Elisha) Dusoe, daughters, Christine (James) Saulter, Susan (Illya) Erwin, and Nicole (Patrick) Dusoe Rittman, as well as her grandchildren Tyler Saulter, Anna Saulter, and Eliyana Erwin, who have always been her pride and joy. Their bond was undeniable, a testament to Veronica's unwavering devotion as a mother and grandmother.
During her lifetime, Veronica achieved more than can be measured by ordinary standards. She supported her late husband, George Dusoe, in all of their business endeavors.
Her passion for gardening brought beauty to her surroundings and joy to those who marveled at her garden's splendor. She was an avid reader, often immersing herself in the pages of a good book to the extent that she could finish one in a single day. Her loyal dog, Vanna, was always by her side, providing companionship, comfort, and unending love.
A natural organizer, Veronica had an exceptional knack for order and structure. She was a keen Scrabble player, and her love for this word game was second only to her love for a good mystery, with “Murder She Wrote” being one of her favorite shows. Her fondness for the Game Show Network was a testament to her love for challenge and competition.
Veronica was a devout churchgoer, her faith guiding her throughout her life. She also enjoyed the thrill of racing to finish crossword puzzles before her late husband, George, a small competition that brought them much joy and laughter.
As we mourn Veronica's loss, we also celebrate her life filled with love, kindness, and achievements. Her spirit will continue to inspire us and her memory will forever be engraved in our hearts.
