Vernell's obituary
Vernell Marks was born to Lubertha Marks- Adams on December 6, 1946 in McIntosh, Al . As a child, He loved to play ball, swim, sing and play music, and have good times with his family and friends.
Vernell Marks met his wife, Sherrell Creighton- Marks in 1988 at Starlight Missionary Baptist Church of Satsuma, AL. They married April 5, 1989 and went on to have 2 children, daughter; Angelica Creighton (Victor Barnes), Tanishala Marks.
In addition to being a dedicated and loving father, Vernell also loved Playing Piano and Guitar, fishing, and spending time with loved ones. Throughout his entire life, he brought great joy to many with his funny stories, but yet he held an unwavering faith in God, which he shared with those who surrounded him.
Vernell Marks joins Mattie Jane, Lubertha Marks Adams, John Marks, and Rosetta McCulland- Burrell in Heaven. He is survived by his wife Sherrell Creighton-Marks and a host of other family members.
Psalms 121: 1 "I will lift up mine eyes unto the hills, from whence cometh my help. My health cometh from the Lord which created the heavens and earth."
