On Friday January 27, 2023 my beautiful mother Venera Galli passed peacefully at Hamilton Continuing Care in Hamilton NJ. My mother fought Alzheimer’s and Parkinson’s for 11 years. Known to all as Vinnie she was everybody’s friend. A true soul and loving to everyone she met. She will be truly missed. But we know in our hearts she’s finally at peace. Venera is survived by, her husband of 71 years, Anthony Galli and her four children Philip, Mark, Lisa and Laura. Along with her two son in-laws, Michael Lise and Michael Pierorazio. Mom was 94 years old.

Visitation for family and friends will begin on Tuesday, February 7, 2023, from 12 p.m. until 12:45 p.m., where a prayer service will be held at 12:45 p.m. at the Saul Colonial Home, 3795 Nottingham Way, Hamilton Square, NJ.

Interment will follow at Washington Crossing National

Cemetery in Newtown, PA.

A Mother’s Spirit

When the morning sun shines through,

And warms the petals wet with dew,

Think of me, rejoice the day,

For I’ll be close in every way.

When you hear my favorite song,

Then I’ll be there to right the wrong.

Remember when you see the sky,

That life continues when you die.

When you kneel at night to pray,

My spirit’s with you, here to stay.

Do not grieve when time to sleep,

For I’ll be saddened if you weep.

And in the very early light,

A new day is now in sight.

Reborn my spirit lights the way,

To lead you safely through the day.
