Velma Grace (Velasco) Angiulo passed away peacefully at Peppi’s House Hospice on Christmas morning, December 25, 2023. Velma was born on August 17, 1935 in Tucson. Her parents and grandparents were native Tucsonans with lines going back to the Presidio. Among her many accomplishments, she served as president of the Arizona Osteopathic Auxiliary, and she graduated from Pima College in 1993 with an Associate degree in Business. She worked for Pima Community College until her …
