Velina was predeceased by her mother Wanda Lewis, Father Doug Lewis, brother Johnny Lewis and her grandmother Ruth Woods. She is survived by her husband Stevn Thomas, two daughtere Jessica Thomas and Heather Thomas. As well as her two grandchildren Grayson Dean and Ashlyn Minor.
