Van Chau's obituary
It is with heavy hearts and deep sorrow that we announce the passing of Mr. Van Chau Nguyen. Born on January 13, 1949, Mr. Nguyen completed his earthly journey and transitioned peacefully on August 18, 2023.
Cherished by those whose lives he touched, Mr. Nguyen is survived by his devoted wife, Thi Phuong Mai, devoted son, Minh-Phuc and daughters, Therese and Yvette, and an extended family and circle of friends that bear testament to his unique journey through life.
Van Chau Nguyen encompassed an unwavering spirit of generosity, kindness, and selflessness. Being deeply rooted in his origins, he dedicated his energy and resources to aid and uplift the Vietnamese community. His unyielding commitment and compassion towards his fellowmen constitutes one of his greatest accomplishments in life.
The legacy Mr. Nguyen leaves behind is one rich in kindness and generosity. His actions stood as a testament to his belief that a single act of kindness can resonate and leave a lasting impact. To the ones that were fortunate enough to have been a part of his life, Van Chau Nguyen was a beacon of hope, a pillar of strength, and an endless source of inspiration.
We extend an invitation to those who wish to pay their last respects to Mr. Nguyen, a viewing will be held on August 25, 2023, from 2:00-9:00 PM at Magnus Poirier on Sherbrooke Est. It will be an opportunity to remember, to mourn, and to celebrate a life well-lived.
