Valerie Jean Robinson, 65, of Davenport FL, passed away peacefully on January 5th, 2024 in Lake Wales FL.

Valerie was born in Wayne Michigan to Samuel and Barbara (Frey) Robinson on October 3rd, 1958. She attended Lutheran High School West and graduated in 1976. In 1985, the family decided to leave Michigan for the warmer weather and sunshine that St. Petersburg Florida had to offer. Valerie worked for Disney where she was recognized with numerous awards and accolades. She retired from their Guest Communications Division in 2017. Valerie spent time crocheting items for her loved ones and local non-profit groups. She loved all things Disney, going on cruises, but most of all she enjoyed spending time with her family and loved ones.

Left to cherish her memory are her daughter Melissa (Robinson) Dunne and her dearly loved grandchildren Micah and Samantha of Lutz FL. Her sister Amanda Kiss and her husband Gary. Nieces and Nephews; Jennifer and Aleks Kiss, Bradley Robinson, Jason Robinson and his wife Rachel, and Tracey Robinson. Also left behind are her significant other Bob Pitsch and numerous other family members and dear friends.

She is preceded in death by her father Samuel Robinson, mother Barbara (Frey) Robinson, and her two brothers Bradley and Jeffrey Robinson.

Cremation has been completed and a celebration of life is being scheduled for a later date.
