Valerie Peters of St. Helens passed away in her home on December 3, 2017 at the age of 57. Valerie was very artistic and she loved gardening. She combined these passions into a career as a florist. An eclectic style led to whimsical home décor that displayed her great sense of humor with things like fishing lure mobiles and empty frames hanging on the wall.
