Valerie (Krissi) Kimbrough passed away on March 4, 2026, in Martin County, Florida, surrounded by the love of her family.

Born to Earl Humerickhouse and the late Peggy Humerickhouse, Valerie lived much of her life in Georgia before returning to her hometown of Stuart, Florida, where her life’s journey came full circle.

She will be remembered as a devoted wife, a loving mother, and someone whose greatest joy was watching her children grow and thrive. Valerie had a deep love for her family and found happiness in the simple moments spent with those she cared about most.

She is survived by her husband, her two biological children,  two step-children, and an adopted son who will continue to carry her memory forward and honor the love she shared with them.

A viewing and cremation service will be held at a local funeral home in Stuart, Florida.

Valerie’s kindness, compassion, and devotion to her family will never be forgotten. Her memory will live on in the hearts of those who loved her.
